He's right though. Your point was that they would now let Fletcher go out. They're not gonna do that until the deal is 100% complete. Which it isnt.
West Ham themselves have said they have agreed a deal with BAYER LEVERKUSEN, not the player. How hard is it for you to understand that?
If that's true then we could theoretically afford him permanently. Surprised that West Ham are asking for his wages to be covered though, if that's true. Usually PL sides cover most wages themselves of players out on loan.
The whole transfer process is stage managed to get the Clubs involved the most media exposure possible for the Clubs involved. The West Ham/ Chicharito transfer, probably has been in place for at least a couple of weeks. West Ham have had an excellent week in the media with the signing of Joe Hart, they now want to keep their profile high backing this deal on the back of the Hart deal
of course he will, just like Yiadom is starting for us in our friendlies too. This does not mean that Yiadom is staying with us, or Fletcher is staying with W.H.U.
We have been working on a deal to sign him permanently. He was at the club 2-3 weeks ago with his agent but I got told it had fallen through but a loan deal was the most likely outcome Sent from my C NOTE using Tapatalk
Common sense from West Ham would suggest they loan him to us and subsidise his wages. Might sound barmy, but Tammy Abraham last season did enough, whilst on loan from Chelsea, to either earn himself a huge price tag, or as it turned out, a five year Chelsea contract and a crack at Premier league football. If West Ham want to develop Fletcher, or make a profit on their investment, he needs to be playing football and getting noticed. We can offer him that.
As far as Fletcher is concerned there are 5 possibilities: 1) We will sign him permanently 2) We will sign him on loan 3) We won't sign him because someone else does. 4) We won't sign because we aren't interested in him. 5) He won't sign for anyone because West Ham want to keep him. Despite all the speculation and conjecture, I still haven't got the faintest idea what will happen. Like most people though I'd love to see him playing for us again.
Based on the fact we wouldn't give George Williams a £5,500 pa pay rise I would find that hard to believe. I am a cynic though.
