    What were peoples thoughts on Saturday?
    Pre-season I normally spend more time thinking how good the pitch looks than how good the team is, but I didn't think it looked that good this time around.
    Warm up areas looked terrible.

    Thoughts?

    Where were you sat Andy ? I was in Ponty End near West Stand and thought it looked fine.

    Thought it looked ok (didn't notice anywhere looking terrible) but not as good as usual for this time of year

    @bossman ha ha .......... I did see him, suited and booted, but he doesn't fraternise with the likes of me any more (jokes) :)

    @Jack-BFC-92 I sat pretty high up in East Upper / half way.

    Lots of times players lost their feet (I traditionally blame the sprinklers, but?) and as I say, the warm up areas looked terrible. The guy with the pitch fork at half time was over busy. I've always been an admirer of our pitch but started to take more notice when a few of the players (Conor / Marley) slagged it last year. Hopefully it holds up.

    You were definitely in a better seat than I was then to pass judgement. Like you say hopefully we don't have any issues.
