    Morning folks

Been a member for quite a while but just as a reader

I'm off to Budapest on my stag do and we are hoping to catch a game out there, anyone have any info on which would be the better team to see and whether tickets are easy to come by? Noticed a few go to games in Germany, Holland etc so thought it be worth an ask

Cheers for any help and hopefully I can join in a few more conversations now I've bitten the bullet and got the first one out the way

P*ss easy. Go to the stadium the day before the game with your passport and a ticket is yours. You could probably even go before the game, doubt the queues will be massive. Any particular team in mind?

EDIT: You will also need a fan card, but this is free and they will provide it with your ticket so remember your passport!

We looked at Ferencvaros as they are at home to Videoton the weekend we're going
I read something about needing a fan card but didn't do much more than a quick browse.
Nothing's book as yet but wanted to make going to a game part of weekend so was holding off until we had more info

    Cheers

Fan cards are easy to obtain at most stadiums, just turn up with your passport and they'll issue you one. Slightly time consuming and can cause long queues though, so keep that in mind.

Ferencvaros have a new stadium, well 4 years old now, holds around 24/25,000 while average attendance is around 8,000.
