    I still have a copy of it, the bleeps that is, on cd. I wouldn't recommend it as it's a bit repetitive.

    that ones different to any one I have seen. The one we used to do went up to 19 and ones they do now at Fev Lions only go up to level 21

    The lad has been working hard on his fitness by all accounts. I'm convinced he'll eventually be a star player for us, and hopefully we can write last season off as a player lacking match fitness.

    He's been working with a personal trainer this summer & it looks like it's worked.
    He didn't have much football last year so should be fresh & eager, think he needs to cement a place & play every week to get better & his fitness, sharpness was certainly questionable last season.
    Well done to him..

    He's a quality player and hopefully can show it for us soon. I really hope a central midfield partnership between him and Moncur could work. It's questionable their defensive abilities but could become terrific
