Might have missed it but I'm a subscriber to player and don't seem to be able to get videos or commentary , Haven't bothered trying to sign in as been getting videos via Newsbot etc but can't get to Rotherham and was hoping to catch first half commentary but it's putting me through to ifollow and saying I don't subscribe to videos etc and nowhere does it really me how to change over. Is the twelve month subscription now void even though I should still be in credit. TIA
Player has been completely replaced by ifollow - if you login via the club site if you still had credit on PlayerHD it should still let you view/listen otherwise we've been robbed! Havent tried yet tbh
Credit should transfer seamlessly. It just makes you change your password the first time you log in, but you can change it straight back to your old one.
To be honest I've only just tried and the videos seem to work so my subscription must have carried. All I did was download the app from the website then login - under subscription it says n/a under last payment but states I have a season pass. I think I had auto renew on player tho, maybe that's why? I certainly haven't done a new subscription
Cheers for that troff I've emailed them looks like missing out on commentary today. Haven't bothered logging in since Newcastle away ,and haven't seen anything about ifollow, Nobodies mentioned it to me unless they just thought I knew or dont know themselves
It might be on BBC radio Sheffield - with it not being a league game, if so it'll be accessible online
There's a live chat link on the I follow section of the OS. Click that. I had similar issues, they sorted it within 20 seconds.
Commentary is free for this match anyway so you won't need a subscription. Just go to the match centre and listen.
