Let's hope past examples are not indicators of future behaviour and that there will only positive actions following Hecky's tirade. Let's hope for positive news about players coming in. And above all, let's hope for a positive result on Saturday
I'm going to have a good look in the mirror and try and grow a backbone this week. That should sort it.
Yep. I don't always agree with you boys but the debate is always good. On Saturday at 3pm the game will be played on grass, not in boardrooms, social media or hotel lobbies - 11 against 11. The Plan will not be on my mind - whether Moncur makes the tackle, McDonald wins the header or Davies makes the save will be. I remember when we last played in the green and white kit for the first time, we won at Palace with a Redfearn thunderbolt. I'll remember that strange and unexpected things happen in football, like Anfield 3 times. That is the beauty of this game. There are only 3 possible results - win, lose or draw and not a single one of us knows which will happen on Sat. My Dad has supported BFC since 1934 and sadly is in last days at a care home. He has seen more triumphs and disasters probably than the 3 of us put together but he would give anything to be at Bristol on Sat, even to see us lose. So I for one will be positive and let my heart, not head rule my emotions, whatever is going on off the grass.
