Fintoff on Stokes and more

Not sure if anyone's seen this but a top article from Flintoff.

Andrews honest. He cared about the team and will openly admit about how the games improve since he retired a few years ago.

he's talked about this before. He went out of the game then came back in. Things change improve evolve.

The media's a bit of fun for him. He makes proper money from other things.

 

Flintoff in "trying to remain relevant" shocker. He's the only player to retire less gracefully than Vaughan. No-one gives a **** what he thinks.

 

I think they do. He's been a commentator in Australia and England. Turned down many opportunities in cricket when he first retired because he simply didn't want to be involved in the sport. Now he's part of the T/20 team and doing wonderfull.

He's respected by the players and often takes his children into the dressing room because of that. He's also been aprt of the PCA and was appointed chairman in 17 months ago.

He's nothing like Vaughan. He didn't run away when the South Africans got tough.

 

He was probably too busy prancing about in drag for A League of Their Own. Y'know, just like Richie Benaud would have done.

He can do both. The players respect him and that's whats important. He says ALOTO just fun. He's made mates with those guys. He couldn't have fun for a lot of years.

 

Why would that make a difference?
He comments on the games. He's actually said it before he joined that team muppet

 

I know you find the concept of work a strange one, but just imagine that you were getting paid KFC, you would not be likely to say that fast food is bad for you , would you? same thing with him, he is not going to say anything that would put a downer on the thing that is paying him !

 

Integrity isn't something you are aware of Mark. Like I mentioned above, he's quite clear where he makes his money and done ever since he left the sport. He will not just say someones better than him because he's getting small feed. He talked about how he likes to be with anyone be that his Child Rocky or another person. Regularly tells him about mistakes when playing cricket or in School. Rocky plays above age for LCCC I believe.

 

Get some integrity, Mark.

I agree with him, Stokes has the ability and potential to better. He might even get close to Beefy but I'm not going to get carried away just yet.

There's a big difference between criticising Sky and criticising a commentator who works for them.

 

Gonna laugh my **** off when England lose five nowt again.
