Talk about hitting the panic button.
Some even having the nerve to criticise Hecky.
Unbelievable.
Others saying daft thinks like - we need to start buying older players - LOL.

It's the first match FFS !!!
Hecky has said - he hasn't got the players in that he hoped for, to start the season.
Because of that - we all knew (or did we?) that it was likely to be a slow start.

The team that started today - will not be the same team that starts in a months time.
And those that did start today - will know what's required of them in a months time.

 

Basically don't worry about now because next month will be better. That's how football bullsht bingo works. You're never far away from winning.

 

I have been concerned for weeks about what would happen 'now' e.g. Start of the season.
And I have to say - not many of us have.
And we have been slated for it yet again - like we were slated back in January.

The last few weeks was the time to be concerned.
Not now - when the season starts.
We have arrived at this point now and got to accept what's happened in the last few weeks.
Which is - struggled to get players in.

But players will be brought in.
Then - let's hope Hecky is able to form a winning team.

So why is it a case of Jeez eh Nudger ? Im one of those who has suggested we at least look at some older players instead of kids all the time, because a bit of experience at this level might just be what we're missing.
We don't know yet of course, but surely it wouldn't hurt would it.
