1 of his biggest fans but got the 2nd half majorly wrong tactics and substitution wise. Bradshaw for Ugbo? Why? McCarthy changed formation at half time when they were getting battered in first half and it changed the game.

Said the same. I thought maybe Bradshaw was injured but he ended up backed into a corner having to put Payne on.

Still, he perhaps would have expected more from Moncur and Potts, both of whom were well below par.

Bradshaw looked less than impressed at being hauled off, very strange decision for me, unless Bradshaw was actually injured. I thought at that stage we would've gone with two up with Ugbo partnering Bradshaw as opposed to replacing him.

He did go up the tunnel so perhaps he had a knock

We have to hope Mamadou is up to it...

I think he was injured - he went up the west stand tunnel not long after being subbed.

Two weeks on the bounce he's got it wrong and potentially lost us the game.

Maybe, but players have to take responsibility for mistakes and going missing

Exactly and Ive thought that since January, Hecky's been doing this more and more.
I agree Redstar that a coach/manager can't affect players missing sitters and not stepping up out on the pitch when it matters etc. They do have to take some responsability of course.
But the buck always starts or stops with Hecky when it comes to starting teams and formations, and in-match subs.
