Back at Barnsley and could be involved Saturday - I still reckon he will be gone by the end of the window
Our in the know posters on here say cavare is a done deal so I'd of thought yids will be off hope so if he doesn't want to be here.... si thi
If he has indeed failed a medical as has been rumoured, I wouldn't imagine he will be off to be honest.
Yeah fair point - guess it depends on the reasons behind the move falling down - might be more clear when we hear the interview with Hecky.
He's pissed on his chips a bit. Will he fight for his place or just give up and wait for his contract to expire?
Hopefully he'll stay, work hard and be a valuable player. Even if he leaves for nothing in the summer. If he does well he'll have loads of clubs after him next year
Exactly - in his best interests to perform for us if looking for a new club in the summer. Can't blame him wanting a move to the prem, if he knuckles down and performs like Marley did after handing in his request then I have no qualms.
50:50. Could be a proper kick up the arse for him and we might see his best form yet. Only time will tell.
I know this sort of talk isn't usually well viewed, but I feel we should have cashed in on this lad now.
It's in his interests to play well. It's in our interests to pick him if he's playing well. Should be fairly simple. And on the upside, we've not lost a good player. Win Win Win!
Why do you say that? He is a very talented player,I don't believe he said he doesn't want to play for Bfc;Just he wants to play in the Premier league,I think all of our players would say the same. Agents are a pernicious effect on professional football, sadly we have witnessed another example of this. I hope he is restored to the squad immediately.
Yes, probably the best thing if he does leave If he's here in the meantime, Hecky needs to think carefully about the impact on the rest of the rest of the team, on player morale, with a player alongside who possibly isn't fully committed to the cause, as some on here have suggested. If he feels he has to involve him, I'd put him on the bench at best on Saturday.
Any player who doesn't want to be at a club is not worth having. Same as Van Dijk and Coutinho - best thing is for the current clubs to get rid.
In that case you'd better get rid of the entire squad, because hopefully they all want to leave here to play in the premier league.
He's my favourite player, but I hope we **** him off for decent money. No hard feelings - it's just business. If he doesn't want to be here, get rid of him and on we go.
To be fair if any of them had the chance they would be gone. We market ourselves as a development /selling club to new recruits so shouldn't be surprised that they want to be off at the first chance. It's our strategy we can't whinge if the players buy into it.
