When they publish their investment portfolio brochure, will we come before or after the hotels?

Patrick Cryne owns 50% of the ground and 100% of the football club.
The council owns the other 50% of the ground.
This was done so that a developer couldn't get hold of all the land and develop it for something like housing.

This could overtake the top two most replied to threads.... the top two being about politics.

    The BBS is alive again.

And every club bought out in the same way had fans who said the same thing. And most on here despised them for it.

We've done very well without it since the change of plan. If they're not going to chuck money at us, what's the point? If they do then we're no different to the rest.

Patricks got terminal cancer as far as I'm aware, so someone has to step in and take the reins.

There is always a point, and a need for improvement. In our case not becoming a yoyo club, losing our best players every window and not alienating some of our supporters in the process is surely an improvement?

It needs to be done sensibly - that's why I very much hope the present directors have a say in the way forward.
The club dosent need or want vast amounts of money throwing at it.
But it needs to be more competitive in that area.
We could easily have been in the Premeirship this season if we had more money to spend on wages last season.

I'm not sure we've seen the peak of improvement from the current way of doing things. But I guess if tradition, culture, values and local ownership can be swapped for a place in a Chinese investment portfolio, then sure.

There's nothing more technical to it than posted. BFC is owned, however structured, 100% by PC, the ground 50/50 by PC and BMBC

Seems there's something in all this. Apparently Barry Taylor's thrown out the custard creams and bought in a job lot of fortune cookies.

So eventually, nearly every club in Europe will be Chinese owned. Lovely.
