Maybe we wont be buying 10m players, but it may enable us too keep players like Connor, or purchase a better quality of player to take us to the next level

I think we have to have a bit of faith in the Cryne families judgement, and remember that he's also a massive supporter and wants the best for the club.

Barnsley fc might indeed become part of a portfolio of business interests, but I'm sure it will be afforded the same attention to detail as all the others.

It's just usually what happens when the subject of 'who owns what' crops up.

Just remember, the club will no longer exist as a football club to be run as a business. It will likely exist as a business to be run as profit making scheme. A side effect of which might be promotion, via fair means or foul.

If all else fails, we can protest until they leave ;)

Edit: I'll shut up until it all comes out in the wash.

The key for me are they are only interested in Clubs who are bringing through young players in
the hope that some can play in the Chinese League. Part of the plan behind the Nice takeover looks
to be based on providing hotel accommodation as part of the match day experience.

Be great if like Chelsea we have a hotel where visiting supporters can stay on the eve of our home games.
Anything like that can only benefit the local economy. If we do get in the Premiership with any new investment , fingers
crossed we just might be able to stop there this time.

Certainly didn't envisage this being part of the Plan.

GG seemingly brought in to smooth the transition should the takeover materialise.

Exciting times, both on and off the field.

Been suggesting this for ages. But football clubs.......

Chinese have been sweeping up everything they can. And football is just a small element.

Chinese are looking to take over everything they can.

    And they will.

Apparently it's ok because they are investing.

I'm happy for BFC to expand from this I the short term. But long term it's a case of wondering how much the Chinese are investing to take over the entire world...

I think I'd give up on them if it happens, don't want to be a part of it.

So this bloke has attempted to buy Hull, Middlesbrough and Brentford.....

    ...and failed.

    I wonder why?

Because the other clubs may not want to sell.
