Cos it might not happen and it is very much safety first

It isn't really safety first when the amount you sell for is lower than the amount you lose should you be relegated

That all depends on where your budget is set and where the club sees itself.

Would imagine the council would he delighted in this potential. With the Hudson link they've been trying to sell for years can see them embracing the Chinese in hope they can bring further investment into the town

Just had a butchers myself, fingers crossed they like what they are and bring somethinf new to the club. I don't think we need mega bucks just enough to be more competetive on the wage front.

Are you on about Conor and bree? It has been on going since Feb apparently so their departures are irrelevant. With Marley and Josh we can't offer bigger contracts on the basis we "may" be getting took over.

Since the takeover OGC Nice have gone from being a mid to low placed side in the French League to a 4 th place finish last season. They now have a 28 man squad with a collective value of £96 million.

Ten squad members are valued at £2 million plus. Their goalkeeper Cardinale cost them £4.95 million.
They have a strong midfield in Jean Michel Seri £12.6 million, Wylan Cyprian £9 million and Dutch star
Wesley Schneider £5.85 million and up front, their two stand out players are Allasane Plea £10 million
and Mario Balotelli £13.80 million. Rumours abound that Midfielder Seri, is being lined up as Arsene Wengers
next signing and Arsenal are reported as being prepared to pay £20 million to get him.

Why wouldn't they? Relatively debt free, in the Championship, no complex ownership structure to pay off or overcome, potential for 20k plus crowds, decent ground.

we'd be CRACKERS if we didnt embrace this after all the RIBbing we've took from the PORK lot about being skint. It would be a SPECIAL COMBINATION for STARTERS with patrick cryne and these businessmen looking after club, one a lifeWONG supporter and the others wooking for success. It would be OK for me if someone from PEKING invested in us and made us more competetive and it would be SWEET to see the faces of the massives even on a CHILLI night in the depths of winter.
A young businessman would be far better than some of the PRAWNS that are at some of the clubs and i honestly feel that in the MEIN it would be a good thing and i reckon we could CANTON him to look after us in the long term.
Some of us feel like we've been treated like MUSHROOMS over the years ie,kept in the dark and fed on ****,
So long as someone is giving them a GRILLing over their plans then it ought to be plain SIRLOIN from here onwards,if not then somebody wants a clout in the CHOPs.
Just imagine seeing a wealthy businessman on look north and think HOI ive SIN him before,i wonder if they'd have a new directors box for him to sit in every other SATAY.
On the catering side we could get rid of the shitty pies and start having curry and salt and pepper chips,it would be bound to spice things up a bit.

    WOK could go wong lol

Spot on lots of potential here if Bournemouth Brentford and the rest can attract wealthy owners no reason we cant
