Will Cavare be cleared to play by then?

would be more or less what I would go with to be honest.

When are Izzy and Lindsay back in contention? Must be fairly soon

I would assume Cavare would be cleared in time Thiam took a week. I think Hecky has previously said that Izzy would be back the first game after the international break. And with Lindsay I believe he's back in training this week. Can't see him starting but could be on the bench.

Genuine question is Cavare even fit to play given he's only played 2 games in the last 2 years?

Surely AT LEAST five high-end Premiership players will have signed by the weekend?

If not, these hypothetical new owners have ABSOLUTELY ZERO ambition.

Chien out. Before he's even in. RUBBISH.

It is pretty crazy that we had bought so many central midfielders .......yet the weakest position seems to be central midfield.

Absolutely, really think we need someone with experience in the middle. Hopefully a loan deal will be in place for after the international break.

I've got to say our recruitment this summer has been ... maybe erratic is the best word. I think a good deal of patience is needed to allow the best system and the best nucleus to gel... but it doesn't explain why we bought so many of the same type of player and how we'll manage to give them game time.

And even odder that the manager wants more in that area if he's not content with what he's got. Just seems a bit odd.

Ye that's correct mate you can only sign loan players on 6 or 12 month deals in Summer or Winter transfer windows

I like the idea in principle. However until this team knits together i think a four man defence with one up front is the way to go. Certainly give Ugbo a go though.

Kinnock on the left?? Of course.

Is the lad from Mali in midfield an unnamed triallist? Dunno what Stevie Mallan's done to deserve missing out again.... And what about Cameron McGeehan??
