    Reckon it'll be Davies. He looked gutted not to be captain in the interview him and Angus did. He mentioned a few times that he really wants to be captain.

    If it's not Davies, then what's the point in having a vice-captain? So I can't see it being anyone else than Davies.

    I agree. Surely got to be Davvo. See Wagner could be lining up a bid for Leeds keeper
    Rob Green. If that fails hope that he doesn't turn his attention onto Davies.

    I for one would be gutted if we lost him , especially the way he's performing right now. Just shows you the measure of the man. When some of his mates were bailing out for pastures new and trousering big wage increases, although undoubtedly good enough to play at a higher level, that lad saw fit to extend his contract with us which as far as I'm concerned warrants nothing but unwavering admiration.!

    He has said in the past he would love to skipper the team. If it happens on Satdi he'll be as proud as a bantycock.!

    From what Hecky was saying, Yiadom would have been in the starting line-up last Saturday but
    owing to the stress fracture in his back, he's got no other option than to rest him whilst it heals.
