Only worst because we knocked their confidence. I thought they looked pretty good for the first 30 mins. But once we scored the second they fell apart. Nice to go into the last 15mins of a game feeling all relaxed and confident

They were poor, but we were brilliant. Let's enjoy that! Whenever we lose there aren't many people saying how great the opponents played; it's always how bad we are

I am not sure today whether we ended up being good or whether they ended up being bad.

I'm not sure whether our defence looked good eventually because MacDonald was absent or because they became clueless or disillusioned.

They never looked like scoring the 2 they needed in the second half. The more it went on, the less likely they were to score.

For once we took our chances. That's probably about it.

they weren't that poor. when they came down the wing (their right especially) they were tearing us to bits. Their main problem, for me,was their shooting and their finishing was dreadful. I expected better from a team packed with players who had been in the premiership last season, in fact if many on here ae honest most would have felt good with a draw today. So when you consider that against the fact that we had our team taken apart in January and over the summer, then we are doing ok so far. We are still a work very much in progress, also we have a good few players who we consider key to our future who were out for various reasons. So all in all we can really only get better as they evolve and get to learn each others games. Hecky hinted today at more signings and cheekily said that deadline day could be a long one, that suggests to me that more than one will be signed. Then we have a couple of weeks for the International break, for us I think that break will be a bonus.

They reminded me of Rotherham. Packed in at 2-0. That's not to say we didn't keep working hard and deserve it as we did

Agree with that. They played really well for 25 minutes but we were resolute and came out fighting. Clean sheet also. Excellent!!!

This might sound weird but I was a little disappointed Sunderland didn't give us a better game. Didn't feel like I got my money's worth!!

It was made very very easy for us by their lack of effort. We didn't really need to get out of 2nd gear compared to the Forest game.

Really felt for their fans paying out to come all that way to watch that. It's clear some of those very highly paid players don't give a toss and couldn't wait to get off the pitch.
