If you cant see from those 'handful' that Pearson isn't upto and never will be upto not only this level but quite a few below it then football really isn't the game for you.
We may as well enjoy the ride. Nowt can be done now till January. Would have liked an experienced CB in, but it ain't happened. Really impressed with the creativity, just not sure whether teams won't realise how to play us, like Mick did in the second half vs Ipswich. Would have been nice to have been able to catch teams on the counter attack, like last season, but I think at present only way we can play is to go out & attack. Should be entertaining.
It just reinforces how ridiculous your statement about Pearson being the worst player you've ever seen is.
I live in Ireland. I've watched the games back on iplayer. So, yes, I've seen him play. He hasn't been amazing. His distribution is suspect. But he's a long way off being the worst player I've ever seen in a reds shirt. A long way.
It was heading for better times. But it fell apart. We will never know this - BUT - unless we finish at the top of the league - then no matter where we finish this season then there is going to be that burning question ...... how much higher up the league would we have finished if McBurnie had joined the club? Listening to Heckys description of him and after watching YouTube clips of him - it's a massive loss to the club this season
Not been impressed by Pearson at all. However, he is an honest toiler which already puts him light years ahead of tosspots like Wiseman and Kennedy.
Your wind ups are **** mate give me Pearson over Wiseman mcnumpty Kennedy ect anyday. He has already put more effort in then those 3 did all their bfc carears. Coming from the same bloke who wrote Angus mac off after a few games last season. I shouldnt bite really.
What a stupid comment, players stepping up in standard, need supporters to be patient & cut them some slack
Isn't up to it? He looks good to me, proper tackler and a grafter. Might not be a world beater but a good squad player for sure
MacDonald is overrated. Mind, I did actually prefer him to Roberts come the season end. Pearson though, I just see no potential in him whatsoever, even when he's not playing LB. too slow, not even remotely close to good enough on the ball. I stick by my original assessment, worst player Ive seen.
