The last 2 times I have bought tickets online (both Carabao cup games) I have had the following screen pop up after entering all my details and confirming payment - however on the 1st occasion I received 2 emails witihin minutes 1. A confirmation email 2. An email with the tickets attached - 4 minutes later This time I have had the confirmation email but that was over 30 mins ago and still no email with the tickets on. anyone else had an issue?
I had the same problem on Monday night. I contacted the BFC Box Office on Twitter and they confirmed that the sale had gone through. The tickets came through late Monday night
Thanks - Just thoroughly reading the confirmation email and it states non-league fixtures will be added to your season card? I chose print at home but maybe its put it to our season tickets cards? I guess I'll wait to see if an email comes through later.
I can't even get that far this season. It keeps telling me my device isn't compatible. I'm using a laptop FFS.
