Yes, they said they were doing them on a strict block by block basis, just allocating them automatically.
Sold 400 by 1pm according to box office twitter. You might be ok as long as you get in early in the morning
I think we will sell more than 3000 but I am not at all sure we will sell out. Problem for me and quite a few others I suspect is you can't take a none ST holding mate. so do I get my ticket and then sit on my tod or do I wait till Sunday when I would buy 3. Problem with Sunday though is it's too late to post so I'd need to go to the ground and Q I suspect quite a few will wait till Sunday.
I'm a bit confused. I can't buy til Sunday and I am assuming that will be box office only cos it would surely be too late to post out. If they do post out, I won't be at home and I doubt they will post to my hotel? And if they did, the hotel would lose them as they struggle sharing the brain-cell. Knowing my luck, they will apply their customer service logic and forward to my home address. I can't get to Barnsley Sunday, but I can't pick tickets up on Saturday before the game because they are not on sale til Sunday!! I'm hoping they will do Print-at-home. Aye, I'm confused.
Deadline for post is 3pm Friday so tickets bought on Sunday will have to be at the Box office. Print at home would be good but there is no mention of it anywhere so I suspect that is not an option. The Box office did say they would try and see if it was possible to setup a collect at Wembley option but its all a bit rushed so I don't know what the chances are.
Cheers The normal policy for 'Print at home' is for home matches only. The deadline for post date is not going to do much for General Sale buyers, so aye ......... unless they can set up collect at Wembley it looks like I might be struggling. None of this is a dig at the club like ........ I appreciate timescale between rounds is short. Sods law it will only be an hours trip for me on a Tuesday night and I can't get in!!
Only for long distance supporters though - just to clarify so if you live within easy distance of the ground you are expected to go in an pick them up at the box office. I think Farnham is far enough away though!
Yep this is why I'm not going the getting home is very tricky and would probably mean i end up taking 2 days off work not just 1 coupled with the short notice.
im hoping to sort one on sunday and will have to collect from wembley which is ok im on leave from friday for 17 days .. if i dont get one thats ok one of those thiings
We took 5,000 or more to White Hart Lane in January 1981 for the Enfield replay. If we can't better that for Wembley in September it's a bad do.
But you should be having a go at the club. They're making ti difficult or impossible for some people to see us at Wembley. Why can't they just sell tickets to whoever wants one instead of making up all these rules about who can buy them and when? It was known when the Spurs game would be but they managed to make up all these farty little rules to put obstacles in people's ways. I'm going but I'm hoping to go with mates in London. It's not going to be easy to get them tickets.
