The paper throwing was an embarrassment to our club, it can't be defended and if anyone on here took part in it or allowed their kids to do it or thought it was acceptable then you are just wrong and it shouldn't be just dismissed as not important. Embarrassing and let us all down. Was anyone going to get hurt by it no, is it a major crime no, can it be compared to terrorism don't be daft but still shouldn't happen it was pathetic.
I was in the middle of the second incident.... For about 18 months now our row has been filled with youngsters many two to a seat who aren't meant to be there. Anyway they were shoving each other about and they all fell towards my little lad so I lost my rag and told them to pack it in. They then decided to start having a go at another bloke who also told them to behave with nippers about and for some reason one of them slapped him on his face. I've mentioned the problem to the stewards many a time but nothing's been done.
pathetic..aye.. they should find out perpetrators via cctv, ban em for life and get police involved.. it's enough to make yer blood boil innit
And to underline the low IQ of the missile throwers was when the penalty was due to be taken . The numpties were throwing at the taker but the missiles were falling around Davies so who was being put off the most ?
I've been to a few England games in the past (before i stopped watching England) and it was the same with the paper airplanes. Mob mentality plus a full day on the beer. It turned out better than our last 5.30 kick off. (Result aside)
Correct Tina. Sharp cardboard aeroplanes being thrown. Stupid. Screwed up cardboard being thrown on the pitch. Stupid. Fighting in the Ponty again. Morons. Identify them and ban them.
I'd put a little number of the seat in the bottom corner of the cards so you can know which knobs were throwing them. Issue a warning to them
I'm just watching Match of the Day and Liverpool did exactly the same thing today. Let's see how many end up thrown on the pitch or folded into aeroplanes and thrown around the Kop.
