    Fair points I don't think they is much on Steele and Davies myself. Davies has saved our bacon on many occasions but is prone to mistakes from time to time. The flicker side never had wingers like hammill or isgrove. So like to say swings and roundabouts. We have QPR and millwall next so no joy with the one up top in the next 2 and hecky may be forced to change the formation and go more positive we need some points on the board.

    O'Brien was a trier, God loves a trier. Isgrove was wanted by other championship clubs if we let him go tomorrow he would probley get another championship club. Jim didn't play in the championship after his time with us.

    To be fair, and I say this as someone who rates Isgrove, at Championship level he has a meh loan spell with Wednesday to his name and nothing else. Impossible to say at this stage.

    Any of our current team good enough to be in a 25 in the premiership. Not a Cranie love in. He has a lot of limitations. But his career would suggest he is a consistent Championship player. At this moment I time we have no one with a comparable record. I was asked to compare now to then. If we still had Mawson or Roberts of course my answer would be different. But we don't.
