    No forward capable of playing up front on their own. No midfielders capable of playing in a 2. It’s the perfect storm.

    I'd have to agree but did Paul not think this could happen when he was signing mallen Potts mcgeehan and already had moncur all attacking midfielders.

    Why did we change at half time? We looked comfortable first half and then it all went to pot.

    Potts is in no way a winger and Moncur struggled playing in a two. I don't think Bradshaw completed a pass the whole half.

    The responsibility lies with him as he has the final say . Though if the spreadsheet recommends a certain type of player based on specific stats maybe that’s where the problem lies. Maybe it is weighed towards goals assists etc rather than the basics.

    But surely he would have been looking for a scowern type replacement in the summer someone who can put him self about break up play. I know we signed Williams but if he is injured we have to rely on bird from the academy. He has the final say and has watched these lads play before he signed them surely he should have been saying NO I don't want 4 people who play attacking midfield....

    I wouldn't have though he had any input he has bigger things on his plate at that time. He took a back step over a year ago to fight cancer bit don't let that stop you knocking him.

    We already had a Scowen type player at the club,called Josh. A massive mistake which we will live to regret,he improved season on season,but was treated badly by the club. Hardly good business to lose an asset for nothing.
