Well there isnt any. Unless you believe the drivell on here, in which case there is no take over and its all just a smokescreen!
Is that the same poster who was running around apologising to everybody for a week recently but has now reverted to type?
October 13th is leading the chase in the take over competition although a little bird whispers Tuesday the 4th October ...no boils on butt holes yet ....nearly said I see after yet....that would have clouded and tarnished my reputation lol beware the curse
Just been looking back at reported events on the takeover thus: June 2017 - Rumours start to circulate that a Consortium interested in taking the Club over has had a conducted tour round Oakwell. July 30th- Their intermediary appears to be British Financier Alexander Jarvis of Blackbrige who starts posting snippets on Twitter. August 18th- Article appears in the Daily Mail saying Barnsley FC owner Patrick Cryne is in advanced takeover talks with a Mr Chien Lee a Chinese businessman. August 24th- Mrs Jean Cryne and Mr James Cryne are made shareholders of Oakwell Holdings Ltd. Notice of consolidation form SH02 for sub dividing shares in Barnsley FC 2002, is lodged at Companies House. August 31st- Announced that the Chair of Barnsley FC Maurice Watkins had left the Club. September 6th- Article by Matt Hughes of the Times, informs that Billy Beane the brains behind the Moneyball concept was a minor shareholder in the possible takeover of Barnsley FC. September 16th- Members of the proposed takeover seen at the 130 year celebration game versus Aston Villa at Oakwell. September 26 th- A member of the Consortium Paul Conway seen sitting alongside Patrick Cryne at the QPR game at Oakwell. As well as the above we are given to understand that the Consortium are in discussions with Barnsley MBC to buy out their interest on the ground plus that the paperwork regarding the takeover of the Club could possibly be with the games Governing body to enable the due diligence/ fit for purposes process to take place , after which one would assume contracts can be signed and money can then change hands. All of the foregoing seems to me to confirm that the takeover is very definitely on, but that we need to show some patience before it actually can become a reality.!
