On a month's loan, according to the official site. https://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/news/2017/october/dmhtranmere/ https://tranmererovers.co.uk/news/mottley-henry-joins-rovers-loan/
I only saw him once but I agree he was fast and could beat men with ease Was lacking in the final ball but hopefully that will come - hasnt he been out with a long injury or am I confusing him with someone else?
He tweeted after the game and all the replies from Tranmere fans were saying stuff like 'one of the best debuts I've seen, 'a class above' and 'make it a permanent signing'. Very encouraging
I watched him last night & thought it was a very encouraging performance, lets hope he continues to develop
Bradford City at the start of last season. He looked handy in the pre-season friendlies but never managed to break through to the first team squad. Maybe if we had not signed Ryan Kent he would have featured.
I agree I definitely wouldn't want him to leave and hopefully he could break into our first team sooner rather than later. The point is though that he clearly had a very good game if Tranmere fans are saying that
To be honest I watched most of the game....he did shine to some extent but the other 21 weren't having such a good game hence he appeared like a star at times....weather conditions were atrocious lot of surface water on pitch...one of the co commentators said he was looking eager what with his pace followed with he reminds me of one of those deflating balloons that fly all over the place when you let them go and you never know what the outcome should be ( or words to that effect ) Yes he put himself about...at times...but he runs Sat down with his ar5e squashed down on his legs if you know what I mean....overall i wasn't too impressed to be honest not ready for championship football in my opinion ...reckon he will be released...maybe I'm being too harsh...obviously they've sent him out on loan to gain some experience he got booked too for a high footed tackle ...which there was no need to do...
