    You only have to have listened to the comments of the various pundits , most of who have played at the highest level, and its clear that they too are not convinced with England, and for that matter the present manager. We all would like a Euro or world cup, but the way the England team is run .... its never .... EVER going to happen. The old farts in suits at the FA need to totally butt out and pick a man who has a chance of doing it and then sit back and let him get on with it....again this is never... EVER going to happen.

    England need to look beyond the Premier League if they are going to progress. I think the last none PL player was Wolves Steve Bull. We need some battlers with heart in the team. We have to ask why our "top" talent can't play against teams which half the players wouldn't get in a Championship team. Even the Total Football Holland team had players from their 2nd Div in the side. If my memory is correct Johnny Rep was one.
