Can I just obsess one more time and remind you that it wasn't "we wouldn't" get promoted that you posted. It was that there was "no chance" we'd get promoted. And all because of LJ. If you simply admit that it was a silly thing so to post then I promise never to mention it again. We all make mistakes.
We indeed will know that there was a chance we'd get promoted, because it happened. For what it's worth I don't think either that we'd have got promoted had LJ stopped. But that ain't the point.
The point is that you cannot start off by using a false premise - an untruth - to then go on and hang someone. Your starting point was that it was impossible for us to get promoted. This was wrong. Do you go on and sentence someone without their being found guilty of what you accused them of in the first place (in this case preventing us from promotion)? You can't say - I paraphrase - "because there's no chance of us getting promoted, LJ is useless". If there was a chance - indeed there was more than a chance at the time - then it is ridiculous to state there is "no chance". The point is that if you are making a judgment and citing a fact in support of such judgment, then you need to get your fact right. That's the point.
You're being incredibly pedantic on the choice to of words. We all know there was a mathematical chance but we all knew Lee Johnson would find another way of pissing about and going on another losing streak
So the fact is Johnno would have got us promoted or he wouldn't? If we're talking FACTS I'll go with the latter every day of the week. In fact, ne'mind that - every day of the millennium.
You obviously do not understand what a fact is. And that being the case, there is no point discussing further.
