McGeehan is a better option than Moncur but sadly he's cost us two goals in last two games. He needs to get up to speed quickly
Not sure about these two goals you mention. But if you stick to what you think he's cost us, then how can Moncur be a worse option, at the moment? He'd have cost us 3 goals, presumably.
I just don't see it with McGeehan , every time he gets the ball he passes it backwards . I'm happy to be educated and proved wrong tho cos I also thought Matty James was shabby in his first few games last season .
We lack anyone clinical and defensively we're obviously switching off late in games but I don't think we'll go down because there will be at least three teams with far bigger problems. The last two times we've been relegated from this league we were pretty shambolic from day 1, this team certainly is only a few players/decisions away from being a very good one.
I think "very good" is stretching it but we're not eons away from being more competitive, which with a bunch of league 1, 2 and conference lads is to be greatly commended. We'll have a spell when we're more clinical up top and at the back, hopefully starting next week at that cesspit.
I'm afraid that is not correct. Moncur does indeed spend alot of time being busy doing nothing, like a Snow White dwarf. But he scored against Sunderland and poses more of an attacking threat with the ball than McGeehan who is (to me so far) a bit like a blonde haired version of Digby.
