I live just round corner, outlaws yacht club is much nicer for the sort of bar it’s trying to be if you ever find yourself in the area again. Can’t abide “working class chic” or whatever that place is trying to be
It is a pretty cool space for bands & events. Cheap to hire & decent sound man. Not many students in there though, lefties, a lot of foreign workers (cheap beer) & yes vegans! Outlaws is more of any arty / hipster type place. I DJ in both of them from time to time. Both places are far more interesting than anywhere on Call Lane.
No, not been in there... It usually depends if I know promoters, although most of the time I'm doing weddings up & down the country, as that is where the money is!
