Matches I've seen at home - we have absolutely battered teams and not been able to put the game to bed - because we haven't been able to score. Ipswich and Hull were prime examples. All the talk on here for the last few weeks has been on how weak our striker options have been.
Just my opinion but for me we're conceding sloppy goals week in, week out both home and away. Hull is a prime example where two players switched off in the same phase of play, lost their men and Frazier Campbell tapped in the winner.
Barnes is one hell of a finisher. Perhaps we're more dangerous without Hammill whilst being more exposed at the back? Can't believe I'm saying that.
Every time we win were either lucky or the opponents are ****.... when we lose were going down or the opponents are terrible too so makes it worse (like when we lost to relegation certs bristol) that's standard stuff on here.
Having seen the goals, their first was a good 'un. Plus a couple of our goals arose from their sloppiness.
Well - just seen Sky Sports clip of the match and it looks like they scored 2 decent goals. We could have been a bit tighter - but they were 2 good goals.
You can only beat what is in front of you. Tonight it's Nudge, tomorrow it will be Hemsworth Red Devil.. The usual suspects will clammer for attention, if we lose, draw, don't get taken over etc.. happy clappers will be abused for not standing up, singing etc, even though the highest cases of experimental homosexuality are amongst teenage football hooligan wannabes. Goodnight puffters, one and all..
