I don't buy/read any particular newspaper but I do subscribe (if that's the right word) to all of the major publications on the iPhone news app which is brilliant if anyone is yet to utilise it.
For 38 years I worked as a printer for a newspaper and all I can say is for 38 years I printed utter *****. All yesterday's news and not worth the bother of reading. And unfortunately it was for a right wing Tory leaning publication which went right against the grain.
I buy the Mirror for the Sport and on Sundays I used to get the People as well as the Sunday Mirror. The football reports in both papers are identical, so I just get the Sunday Mirror now.
I don't get a paper as I can read all the News and sport on the internet, but I do subscribe to a monthly magazine The Smallholder.
None of the above . Yorkshire Post delivered on a Saturday (w/e treat) . Barnsley Chronicle . Football League Paper (not every week)
None. The mainstream media is a rotting corpse spewing out the bile of foreign billionaire who attempt to befuddle the masses with racism and prejudice.
I have on my phone apps for sky sports, sky news, ifollow, BBS tapatalk, bet 365, twitter, LinkedIn for work and WhatsApp for family and friends. That just about covers my life's needs. Any suggestions for other apps would be good. So wouldn't dream of buying a newspaper nowadays except today cos I'll need to light the bonfire.
None I occasionally pick up a Torygraph for free at Waitrose as it's a broadsheet it's great for lighting the fire but I read all the sport and news online. As said above the news app on iPhone is pretty good
Telegraph & Times generally regarded as the best sports coverage, although I’d bin the rest of both Tory rags. Telegraph used to be way out in front but they’ve slipped a bit.
I used to get the free Independent through my letter box once a week, but havn"t had one for ages. Do they still print it ?
I'm with you again jimmy. Anyone who believes a single word from ANY politician is absolutely certifiable. As they, or one of their future employers, are responsible for creating such titwank, I'd rather read viz.
