Nobody should approve of any form of random touching, or even staring etc. Hopefully we all know that. That in my opinion ought not to mean that we start thinking about banning Carry On films - where comments such as mine (the "inappropriate" humour one) quite happily find their place. I have not suggested that anything that you have complained of has not taken place. I am still not sure whether there is something about your bottom that causes attraction or attention beyond others, or whether you are saying that the scenario you describe applies to all women. But to pry further would only be slipping the neck further into the noose of political incorrectness. I never mean to offend
A woman shouldn't have to take up boxing to deter men from molesting her. I'd say the need for self education lies with the men involved wouldn't you?
I never said it didnt. But being able to fend off a bloke who wont keep his hands to his self is worth its weight in gold.
I'd say it's a mathematical certainty you're not normal. You can quote me on that to your heart's content.
Shed not be allowed in a britain first gig but then id have thought you might have picked up on that.
Nope. I'd just read that one and I didn't bite. In fact I'd just read your Blackadder quote and damn near liked that one! I think I need a couple of tablets and a cold compress!
I don't know what attention other women get, I can only comment on the unwelcome experiences I've had. I've got very similar waist/hip measurements as Kim Khardashian (I fluctuate between 26in waist, 40in hips at my biggest and 25in, 39in at my smallest). Again, not a claim to fame or anything, just a fact. As it's not very common it causes attention, especially if I wear something form fitting.
Not saying it wasn't but since Nigeria is not 100% made up of people with black skin, he could just as well have made the same comment to a contractor returning from a stint working in Lagos or a white European who lives there and visiting the UK. ( a bit like telling a mate going on a stag do to Amsterdam not to bring anything back with him -nudge nudge !! ) Ebola isn't exclusively contagious to a particular race, colour or creed. Tasteless yes but certainly not 100% nailed on racist comment unless someone sets out to interpret it as such. people have to walk on eggshells these days and some people take advantage of the current climate (not saying that it is the situation in this case) but the racism card seems to be played far too often IMHO.
So the fact he could have made the comment in a different context means it's fine in this context? I'll start saying "I hope you don't give me aids" to gay people, but it won't be homophobic because I could say it to someone who is straight but has had a blood transfusion.
