    What on earth is that supposed to mean?

    I don’t usually respond to comments like that but, on this occasion, I will. What I meant was that their government is doing its best to antagonise people in any way it can at the moment. A good example is moving the pensions goalposts for public sector workers which is, effectively, withholding promised benefits from many coming up to retirement age. With this kind of thing in mind I suggested (perhaps flippantly) that the government would be daft enough to infuriate them even more by allowing mass immigration like other countries have. The Polish mentality will not stand for it. They just won’t.
