On the "Last Leg" last week, Anna Soubry couldn't understand what made people on the left of politics hate her party and what it stands for. Perhaps she (and they) should look in the mirror and see perhaps it is a result of their policies and actions while in government and the long term effects on those blighted by those policies.

And there’s plenty to hate about Labour .

The British community spirit has been crushed since "new labour" came in, mass immigration destroyed working class areas, they are shadows of their former selves, and the people made to feel "racist" for expressing concern by the snarling left.

And Colliers there are plenty of tradesmen who have lost their jobs due to Labour allowing this mass immigration and Eastern Europeans coming to the UK and taking their jobs by being prepared to work here on sites for peanuts .

They’re all as bad as each other

How can you possibly make statements of supposed fact based on someone else's experience of which you have no knowledge whatsoever?
I'm fed up to the back teeth of the "everything the other lot do is evil" attitude from both sides of politics. It's what brought us to a dysfunctional system here and ends up with voters in America currently proudly stating allegiance to an alleged child molester because he represents their party.
If I had to vote I'd probably vote liberal, then labour. That doesn't make everything the Tories do evil. I dislike a lot of their policies but occasionally some consensus wouldn't go amiss.
My Dad voted Tory all his life. He wasn't "worse than a scab", he wasn't scum. He was the kindest, most courteous, thoughtful person you'd ever wish to meet.
It's about time some people got off their high horse on here and stopped branding others as unclean because of their perceived political views.

    I didn't go yesterday, so I suppose I shouldn't really comment in the game. So I won't.

Ok. Disingenuous might be a big word but it doesn't mean full of **** so you'll have to explain more.
Yes, I'm from Barnsley. What does that have to do with what I said?

How exactly could Labour have stopped mass immigration from Eastern Europe, bearing in mind the right to free movement is enshrined in EU law? Blair's government got a fair amount right, and a very lot wrong. But blaming them for something that was not within their control is disingenuous.

My heart goes out to you. It really does.
This type of thing is happening to so many. It's horrendous and it is purely a political choice to punish the poor, the weak, the disabled and vulnerable.
Post Brexit we're in for much, much more of the same, permanent austerity, a dream that Cameron and Osborne rejoiced in.
The new, stringent tax laws due to be introduced early in 2019 has only fuelled their desire to leave with a hard, no deal Brexit, hence the billionaires' puppet May naming the day !
A govt with no care or concern for the welfare of the people they were elected to serve.
A heinously wicked, spiteful, vindictive govt full of liars, charlatans, greedy opportunists, sex pests and grabbers,
How anyone could vote for them and remain within a moral compass I have no idea.

You're right. I'm none of those. But I keep reading the blinkered, hate filled ideological rhetoric coming from "the usual 3 or 4" like yourself and it annoys me. Your utter inability to accept a viewpoint other than your own has left us with tribal politics acrosd the world and monstrosities like Trump in posistions of power.

And there you have it. Thanks for making my point for me.
Despite me telling you point blank I've never voted anything other than Liberal or Labour...because I don't agree with you I must be a Tory.

You're spot on. There are two or three who have completely ruined political debate on this board. They are totally incapable of debate so the best tactic is to just ignore them and their hard line, extreme bile.

When did I ever say I didn't? Just commented re the OP constantly posting hard left political stuff . He's only been on here two minutes, hardly mentions fking football and attacks anybody who has a different view!
You can't debate with some folk on here now, told one my own personal experience yesterday after taking his post at face value and got called a liar so fk em, as far as I'm concerned I've done apart from the sport stuff.
