That remains to be seen, but a lone striker he certainly isn't. Strange decision by hecky

I just don't see where he fits. Defo not a lone striker and not likely to get a chance out wide either. Looks a bit of an enigma to me....

I don't think that's fair. I didn't think his first touch was too bad. He had the odd awful one, followed by 3 or 4 good ones.

Problem we have - is none of our current strikers are lone strikers.
A punt up field may as well be a pass back to the opposition.

A bit harsh, he won a lot of balls, worked hard and always wanted the ball, showed some clever pieces of skill.
He needs a run of games.

Was he really that bad. The service to him wasn't great, and he's been used incredibly sparingly considering he's never played in the Championship before.

I wouldn't write him off just yet. I think the midfield needs addressing before the strikers can be heavily criticised, because at times tonight the midfield was non existent. There was a massive Williams shaped hole in it.

I know what you mean about needing a run of games......but I hope he doesn't get it. He's a luxury that we can ill afford. No way should he start before Bradshaw on Saturday.

Don't know about that but I think he will turn out to be deemed a failure. He and Cavare were Gauthier's choices, allowing for 6 months to settle into a new country, they don't seem to be better than UK based players. If there isn't a least one good striker brought in, in the transfer window, this may prove to be the last straw for the coach. 3 Windows that haven't gone to plan. The team would be a lot more comfortable if it had a regular goal scorer, otherwise it always seems at risk.
How valuable is Sam Winnal now? The Plan with some of our experienced players would have been brilliant.

Totally disagree. Good first touch and a clever player. Whether he will thrive chasing lost causes around the park is a moot point though.

I thought he was terrible from start to finish. Lacked pace and movement and offered no threat. Never a lone striker.

This season's Cole Kepekwa for waste of money. Far too lazy, far too greedy, doesn't communicate too well with his team mates and doesn't look like improving his worse than Odejayi goal ratio.

Wish Potts was greedy, 3 times he was in a reight position to get a shot off, twice he played it wide and once fannied abart wi it til he got dispossessed.
