    3 different starting 11s is rather we give victor a run out before ugbo and I've never seen the lads kick a ball but it' a risk I'm willing to take.

    Half way through season and were still chopping and changing formation and team every game worrying stuff

    Its because we have signed 15 punts having lost decent players and a one in a generation one in Houriane.

    Yes we sold winnal connor and bree but if we havent they woukd be gone on free transfers now to bigger clubs these punts are Heckys signings though.Some consistency to a formation or a starting 11 would help instead of choping and changing every week. And the players kept are ones who shouldn' be playing moncur and gardner??

    Who cares what an employee thinks. We could alternately have invested in an alternative. I don’t think we would have gone up. Following the strategy we have we will inevitably get relegated sooner or later.

    He doesn't just get players forced upon him. What good does changing formation and selection every game Do? What has ugbo done to deserve a start same with moncur?

    What would your strategy be to take us forward? We are run on the 2nd smallest budget in this league so your probley right were up against it.

    So what would your strategy be conan? How would you take the club run on the 2nd smallest budget in a league full of city.clubs with billionaie owners forward?

    Players are chosen based on stats and he has the final say but its not like he has said, PATRICK YOU MUST SIGN BRAD POTTS

    Invest the money we got in fewer but better quality players. Invest more of that money though not much more. Not sell Marc Roberts. Offer Josh Scowen who showed himself to be championship ready enough money to stay. Not get yourself into the problems we did in the first place by better contract negotiations. Possibly revisit SAM Morsy given his qualities it would have been one less position to develop.

    Off the pitch. Turn the club into a real community club. Use the money from the sale of Stones to invest in a long term strategy to attract more fans. Basically use it to subsidise reduced season tickets/ match day attendance for a 3 year period. Campaign aggressively for safe standing. Change Oakwell home fans behind both ends except in big games. Paint the ground. End all franchises. Invest in marketing and sales to back up the reduced season ticket strategy. Look to sell between 5-7000 shirts to make up reduced income Take supporters groups onto the board. Ask WSB to run the club shop.
