    Where has Alexander Jarvis's name come from. First I've heard of him. Do we know anything about his past credentials relating to football takeover deals? All of a sudden the name Sean Lewis is starting to come back into my memory.

    Would have thought it’s a thankless task being a agent of Mr Lee consortium being the number of clubs involved with and no deals made

    Hull City owner has done a interview with a few papers recently, guess promoting the clubs still up for sale and he talks about the Chien deal.
    Says everything was done and agreed, paper work , deal signed , fee ,due dillegence etc

    Then Chien came back and said they couldn’t raise enough money for 100 % deal
    Could they buy 80 % and owner agreed to keep 20 %

    Everything was done and agreed signed again.
    After a while Chien got in touch again saying consortium couldn’t raise the money to buy 80% of the club and asked if they could buy 60% stake.
    Owner refused and called the deal off .

    I’d drop the price as well, he probably saw the state of their accounts. I’d take anything the Hull owner says with a pinch of salt as well.
