    Anyone recommend a cheap laptop? Basically want it for using the internet, needs to be able to run flash comfortably but not got a clue about laptops. Want one for under £300, preferably under £250.

    If you’re looking for a machine primarily for using the internet then why not look at either a netbook or alternatively a tablet?

    I don’t own a laptop anymore, I do all my work out of the office on my iPad, it’s just as good as a laptop for what I use it for and the setup could not be easier.

    I hated my ipad, I think that if you have an iphone they are probably great, but if have an android phone you will not get on with it, be better with an Android tablet.. I have a Samsung galaxy Tab and I love that one. All down to what you are used to I suppose.

    Have a look on here for some decent bargains. I have 2 LENOVO one with i3 processor one with an i5. I like them both but when I did computers for a living I always advised people to get the best they could afford at the time, HP are good for sound some have Beats others B&o . Theres a premium of course. I don't like Acer too much,
