He has done well, seems a nice fella, puts a shift in, scored a few goals but you are saying that you are happy to go on the rest of the season with Tom a our main no 1 striker im not and other teams in the championship would also consider him as their no 1 I doubt that very much.

Sorry but good league 1 striker or squad player for the championship at best.

No need for the odejaye rubbish if our midfield had a better outlet than tiny Tom upfront on his lonesome then their performances may have been better. Anyway its my opinion and you've got yours no bother good stuff.

In a piece in the Star Hecky suggests the Club needs to " go against the grain" and sign
players who will improve the team in the upcoming window. Couldn't agree more. What we all know is
as an urgent priority we need a striker who is proven at Championship level. At 31 years old he doesn't fit our previous
profile but having been told he can leave by his manager, does anyone else think it would be worthwhile in
offering Norwich City striker Cameron Jerome a contract at least until the end of the season.?

I have said from the very beginning. Tom Bradshaw Is not good enough.

Rather have Chris Dagnall back if all he does Is run around

For the last season and a half I've admired players like Jerome and Chris Martin, and on Saturday Hugil who came with Preston.

These are not brick **** house target men that some people think we need, but physically strong and intelligent footballers that lead the line and hold up the ball well, as well as scoring goals.

In short, they work defenders with their physicality and movement.

Lots of clubs have that option but we don't.

Your last point is a good point. I think if Bradshaw had another striker up front with him he would also benefit from this, as well as the midfielders supplying them. We need a strong enough central midfield pairing for that to happen though.

You realise he has 11 goals up to now right? That averages out to over 20 this season. In a team that creates nothing. And you think all he does is run around?

So right place right time huh?

I’d rather my strikers score 11 tap ins than a few worldies.

Whats with slating bradders if he get the service he will be a 20+ a season striker theres no point pinging long balls up at head height for him he needs ball to his feet so he can do his job and put ball in the onion bag at head height 9 out of 10 times hes going to get beat by big centre backs if we are going to play that game we need a peter crouch type pkayer to nod the ball on for him

It's not that anyone wants to slate Bradshaw but it's clear we have to play one up top and Bradshaw just isn't the right player irrespective of his goals to play up top in the championship on his own, it is affecting the rest of the team as there is no out ball to give us a breather and no confidence that our striker can create / hold up/ link up etc if we want someone to tap in then toms your man but we are struggling to get him the ball near enough to goal for him to tap in so at the minute he's offering nothing other than graft which will alone win us nothing in this league.

3-5-2 sounds a lovely formation until you try to select a viable XI.

That formation essentially does away with Isgrove, Hammill and Hedges and only includes Barnes if he plays as an advanced central midfielder behind the strikers.

Personally I don’t think that playing 3-5-2 would be any more beneficial for us with the players at PH’s disposal than 4-3-3/4-5-1 currently is.
