a team in the same division and higher up, with better form than us at the present. what about Villa, Stoke, QPR, Leeds and Arsenal who all went out to lower league sides than themselves. Also West Ham, Chelsea, Swansea Reading, Wednesday, Cardiff, Bournemouth and Liecester could not get past their lower league opponents too. That's why the FA cup is good. I would have liked a run of course but its no big deal. Hopefully we will have a good transfer window and will knuckle down and climb the league. As for Hecky I think is still a manager more than capable in this division, but like all he needs some backing from the board. Hopefully this is about to happen in the near future.
So you don't think it's a problem that our current first (only?) choice eleven were completely arseholed by a bang average team like Miwwoww?
it is indeed a problem, but not one that cannot be addressed. The January window will spell out once and for all just how much the new regime are into it. Until the window closes and we see what the squad is then like .... then we will realise our future to some degree. I also believe that they will do their best to keep us in the Championship this term, Why on earth would they stand by and let us be relegated. To me that just does not make any sense at all.
Makes no sense to me either. I just hope we're not here on 14th January saying we need some signings and the usual suspects saying "there's still 17/16/15/14/13 etc days until the window closes - get a grip". You know the like.
absolutely. We could do with a couple in the door this week , and maybe two or three more by the end of January. But some EXPERIENCED players NOT development ones.
