Can’t agree with you the club gets its revenue from home games. People who dont even buy a flexi5 game ticket aren’t guaranteeing any income to the club. Also the tickets sold out to ST holders who had been to at least 4 away games Had I wanted one I would have been annoyed if non ST holders who had been to fewer away games than me got a chance to buy them before I did.

You might even find that QPR had some input as we were never going to sell the £10 tickets on general sale so it was probably a condition of their special initiative

I don't think season ticket holders do badly. It's all about them.

Exactly the point because they are the ones who bring the money into Barnsley FC. So they are the customers the club want to keep happy. That's just good business.

That's how business works. Season ticket holders are barnsley primary customers. Somebody who only attends away games are customers of our rivals to be blunt.

Whichever way you look at it, some regular away travellers with season tickets are going for a tenner and others that meet exactly the same criteria are paying 3 and a third times as much.

That's wrong, regardless of which club has implemented it.

Well in a situation with a limited amount of tickets which ever way you implement it then someone has to miss out.

How is it wrong when they are different seats?

Not really in this case. They have under 600 for sale, and if you take last season for example, it's only possible that 500 went to every single game because that's the smallest number we took away to Cardiff.

20 quid per ticket for the first 600 would have easily kept everyone happy. Job done.

Are you saying that those with restricted view tickets should have the price rased s that you don't feel they are getting too much of a good deal for sitting in bad seats?

    It's restricted view, not blindfolded.

Lots of grounds have poor viewing areas. We were sat in one yesterday at Villa.

We sat in silver at QPR last season and you could see everything anyway.

But for what reason should restricted view not be cheaper than unrestricted?

No, that's you trying to put words in my mouth just to suit your argument.

You don't know which tickets I've got.

I'm saying that the view isn't so bad that it should only be a tenner,

Why would people rush to buy cheap tickets if the view was so bad?

A bit cheaper but not 23 quids worth.

Jeez, have a bit of empathy with your fellow supporters.

Just checked my ticket from last season. Silver tickets upper tier . We had a great view of the pitch where we were sat.

Another point about this stand at QPR.

It holds 1800, so why would you put the first 200 in seats with a **** view?

    .
Choice. They have given supporters the CHOICE to pay £10 for a **** restricted view or £33 for a normal view. Why is that a bad thing? Would you rather they didn't allow anyone the option of the £10 restricted view tickets?

Because the "choice" doesn't extend to enough of our fans. Simple as that.
