    Really? His dad said the contract was withdrawn as a gesture of goodwill so that he could join another club without them having to pay us a fee.

    Good point. No disrespect to Hecky, but he can't carry on not winning football matches indefinitely.

    Somewhere along the line enough will be enough, regardless of what he's got to work with.

    Contract was offered and revoked having missed deadline. The point is Hecky is pissing the club about it is disrespectful not to sign it if he wants to stay.

    Hang on, so PH’s Dad has said to someone that PH has recently tried to secure a move away from Oakwell? That’s certainly what this thread appears to suggest.

    Maybe it’s tongue in cheek asking if PH’s Dad is any good in the event that PH goes? Not sure, just read it as him being the source based on the previous posts.

    I thought the announcement might have been pushed back due to Patrick’s passing. I was expecting news about him signing on Monday (due to rumours saying he was signing one) but thought he might be waiting a bit out of respect to not have the limelight on him.
