    Defo passed it now Darren Bent, not what we need at all. If we are to bring in another striker id hope it would be someone with bags of pace to offer a totally different option to what we have already

    People go on about we can't afford most players wages..

    Bent is on 35k at Derby

    No doubt he will be on same at Burton

    So how can Burton afford wages like that but we can't?

    Just imagine if he scores half a dozen goals to keep em up.

    Opinions init. I think he's dire. Epitomised by his last appearance at Oakwell. He was awful last time he was down here.

    I'm not going to comment on Thiam as I still think we've not seen the best of him.

    given his current situation, he's passed his best, I would say hes a bigger gamble then some untested Academy kid from the prem.

    Okay then, imagine if Darren Bent doesn’t score from open play for the rest of the season and Thiam gets half a dozen to keep us up.

    Also, Bent is definitely passed it. In his last 4 seasons in the championship (where he’s actually played a game) he’s got a grand total of 24 goals.
