It’s absolutely crazy that people are accepting Davies inability/refusal to come for virtually any crosses. Taking away the dozen or so serious errors he’s made this season his inability to help his defence with crosses is simply not acceptable.
Was thinking the same..... looks confident and doesn't look to be fazed by United's attack ...from the comfort of the sofa he seems to be organising his defence too ...he also got down very well to turn the ball out for a corner earlier on
The goalkeeper we've allegedly been chasing from Oxford is 28, so I presume we're not sticking strictly to 'the plan' for a keeper.
thing is Keepers seem to mature a bit later than outfield players. I know Mark Crossley very very well and he agrees with that. Seems the older they get the better they get. Look to the past and some of the greatest keepers went well into their 30's and close to their 40's ... and some beyond that too. Lev Yashin I do believe played into his 40's ( that name is gonna boil the brains of the kiddies on here too ) and he was a true great in the GK world.
Next time you talk to the club mole, maybe you can tell him how you feel and they can get on with signing one ! just a thought !
As it went when Luke Steele went. To the tune of kenny Rogers, Lucille. You picked a fine to leave us Luke Steele 4 **** defenders and a league one midfield. It’s all well and good blaming Davies but how on Earth is he supposed to know what’s going on in front of him, the organisation has been a shambles. I do think he needs a rest though before we totally break the lad.
Amazing. 3 times this week you’ve said you’re putting me on ignore now and you still can’t bring yourself to do it. Are you afraid you’ll miss out on transfer gossip or something?
3 times in a WEEK you have said it and you still cannot help but read my posts. Even my own threads you read within minutes of them going online.
