Still be in a job tonight after bringing Dimitri Cavare and Mamadou Thiam to this football club? It's a ******* disgrace.

Thats maybe a bit too harsh Jay, but I can understand why you and maybe the rest of us are thinking along those lines tonight.
Has Cavare really been that bad, before his ridiculous actions today which obviously did cost us as a team.
The jury is still out on Thiam though, and hes not done himself any favours has he, even in the short time hes had in the first team.

Cavare was having a good game up to the madness, and I don't think our team is equipped to show any striker in a good light at present.

Thiam has been here since the end of August now I appreciate for some players moving league and country takes time to adjust. It does however not stop a professional athlete from running unless he just doesn't want to or get fit. I am yet to see anything that suggests he can make it at this level.

To me Thiam is looking like a player that doesn't want to be here.

I think Hecky and GG need to have a full and frank conversation with him ( if they haven’t already) and ask him if he wants to be here and work hard or be made available for transfer.

It isn’t the CEO’s fault that one of them had a brain fart after otherwise playing well, nor is it his fault that the other, who does look to have ability, is absolutely bone idle.

And just because they came from France doesn’t mean they were identified by Ganaye alone.

Didn’t he also finalise the deals for Pinnock, Lindsay, the loans for Williams, Gardner?

More importantly didn’t he also make an integral contribution to the sale of the club, for which he was rewarded with a place on the board?

    Ridiculous post

Cavare has just lost his head and let everyone down seen it plenty of times over the years he was having a good game untill then. As long as he realises and learns from it. Can't excuse thiam did someone tell him we were playing walking football.

Without knowing the in and outs of the recruitment process it is not possible to say who takes responsibility. I would like to k ow who is involved and what level of influence they have.

Sack the CEO because Cavare (who has been very good aside from today) had a moment of madness?

    Aye alright.

Thought you were a level headed poster.

This. He’s made a stupid error and by all accounts his teammates have told him that in no uncertain terms.

He was a bloody petulant idiot but you can see he cares and has ability, he puts the effort in.

His countryman might be advised to learn a bit of that.

I hope his teammates have also told Thiam that they won’t accept his half arsed wandering around.
