If this happens then im sorry i will feel let down,, 1 not as though we need the money,,,2 whyyyyyyyyyy???....3 I THOUGHT WE LEARNT OF THIS from winnel ect ect,,, 4 meant to be building a team not getting rid of maybe one of our best players seen as we not doing so well in the market all last mins again just for a no or a miss calculation in contract,,, i really think its a step backwards if he goes yes i heard rumours we be going for defenders but hmmm we need depth especially in that area i really cant fathom it and the owners need to realize they neeeeeeeeeed to spendddddddddddd none of this slowly slowly catch the friggin monkey pravado being buisness men/women you'd have thought they want to protect thier investment not take over and service resume as normal a friggin selling club for other teams had enough of this through the friggin years,,more to add but cant be bothered,,will feel really let down if he or any of our players go we in the front seat now and can say NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Especially considering that on Saturday evening hecky himself said that we were short of centre backs
I'd put him 4th in line for a start at the minute behind Lindsay Pinnock and Jackson so if we get a bid high enough that the club feel it acceptable I wouldn't feel let down or that we've been had again. It would make good business sense to me as he isn't playing. Aren't we also rumoured to be looking for a centre back before the deadline which would probably shove him further down the pecking order? All that said though if we don't get anyone in and Jackson and Pinnock are a while away from fitness letting him go would be very silly and could leave us short.
4th in line maybe but as we play two at a time minimum that means he's second sub. Pinnock has a broken toe and could be out for months.
This for me. We need some experience in the side, and we've been linked with Matt Mills recently. If he comes in, it's likely to push Angus even further down the pecking order. If somebody is willing to pay ten times what we paid for him, then it's a no brainer for me. The only negative being we're selling to a relegation rival. That said, I don't think Angus is good enough to substantially help Hull's chances of staying up. Wish him all the best, if he does leave. He was brilliant last season, but hasn't looked the same since Roberts left.
Seems to have lost his way doesn't he... I'm a bit concerned there is something more to what's happening with him than we are being told. He got subbed at half time vs reading and we haven't seen him since. I know there has been an update regarding him having low iron and that's why he has been out which makes me wonder why hull would pay over 1 million for him if reports are to be believed.
He's definitely 4th choice for me and to be honest could be 5th. Plus we've barely seen him this year and when we have he hasn't been the same. There have been various rumours flying around about what we happening. I'm more surprised someone is prepared to buy him especially if it is for a million. He's not even made the bench recently. If we have someone ready to play lined up then this would mark good business. And i know that people will say about January and the summer and having no replacements but that was under different ownership so I'm prepared reserve judgement of the current board who i doubt would be so daft as to immediately risk the league status of their new investment
If we aren't getting anyone in and players aren't going to be back playing soon then we can't afford to let him go I agree.
No chance of getting him. He’s 3rd choice centre back at Burnley & has played a bit & done well when either Mee or Tarkowski’s been out
I reiterate how is going to buy a,footballer with a iron deficiency whoses root cause has not yet been identifed. Particularly one who has had previous health issues. Hes going knowhere
If I was in charge of transfer dealings, I’d offer him another 2 years, if he doesn’t sign, sell him in the morning on August 31st, then spend all afternoon trying to find a replacement, before announcing defeat at 23-05 and pretending i didn’t see it coming.
Odd deal. Surely would be better to keep MacDonald in case we got relegated as surely we are going to probably end up losing Liam Lindsey, Ethan Pinnock etc and surely MacDonald would be great at that level should the worst happen.
Apparently were after matt mills but will only happen if angus leaves both have same agent so makes it easier.
Don't know why people post things like this that can quite easily make you look like an idiot in the space of a couple of days.
