Day off work so eye on the screen constant! Nervous regarding the haggling bit as would hate to lose out for an odd 100 k or such but on other hand if we get it through that bit cheaper superb. Can see merits of both tact but just get it done. Got to speculate a bit and gamble to stay up but not to our detriment if we do go down so bit of a balancing act. Would love us to pull a rabbit out of the hat and go left field and pull a right blunder not even mentioned before who becomes a legend but I guess all the teams are dreaming the same. seems we have learnt very little from the mcburnie saga last season. we should have done our business early like sheff utd. Other targets should have been gone after if teams wouldn't play ball. All easy to say i guess from my position but that's how it seems on the surface.
It's not just up to us. If players/agents/other clubs are stalling to get the best deal we can't force them to do it any quicker. It's just the way it, unfortunately, works nowadays.
