    We need to talk about summat now the window has closed.

    New manager and then onto the conversations about which players he wants to keep or not and then a new window etc.

    This is why I believe in the coaches picking the team and identifying areas for new players and the club buying the players-when the coach leaves the next guy is not left with the last mans dregs, but the players identified for the club.
