When I moved jobs

I don't remember anyone, staff or customers making such a fuss.

 

When I moved jobs I did it openly and didn't con a town into believing I cared about it.

 

Well I wasn't happy about it but I kept my counsel.

 

Did you not show loyalty to your employer speaking positively about them in public before jumping ship for more money and better prospects?

 

I remember them throwing me a party and buying me presents

 

Did you con your, managers and customers into believing you had their best interests at heart?

 

Probably promoted the brand in public and to customers like any responsible employee.

 

When I moved jobs I just said "That's it, I've had enough, you can all f**k off". I then emptied my desk into a cardboard box and drove off feeling great. I never went back and didn't even get my last payment. I couldn't give a toss. That was 1983, and I stayed in my next job until 2014, when I became an idle *******. You Reds.

 

Jimmy I tend to agree with most things you say, but dont you feel that theres been at least a small amount of manipulation in all of this?

 

Of course I did, anyone would be mad to slag their current employers off until you had that new job signed sealed and delivered.

Not that Hecky has slagged anyone off and I doubt he ever will, because he's a decent bloke.
