    1.30 Lingfield FLIRTARE

Well regarded as a two year old last year but had just the one outing, finishing a close 5/11 (beaten 1.5 lengths). The trainer had expected this filly to make up into a Royal Ascot sort, so if she retains potential, she ought to have a squeak in this. The Johnston horse went backwards (in form!) from debut, and the Godolphin horse looks very modest. Both those two have already been relieved of their manhood. The Gosden runner now gets cheekpieces after two very average runs. This is winnable, and Mrs Perrett had a Lingfield winner last Saturday. No certainty this, but entitled to do better than the 6/1 (general) implies.

Would probably do a better job than Mark Cooper.

I thought the title was a play on Jose Morais and his link to Mourinho ‘the special one’.
