Yes Audio book can’t stand holding a book in bed Much easier laid down with earphones Got to say one of best books I’ve read/listened to
im half way through reading it , best football autobiography ive read I think. allways though he was a pillock but wish we had a barton type to give us some ballax in midfield
I keep hearing good reviews about his book so I may have to read it. I still think the Tony Cascarino book is the best footballer autobiography I've read so it will be interesting to see how it compares.

Yeah I posted about it the other week. Did same on Audible. It’s a cracking listen and even better since it’s read by Joey himself.
That's sounds Interesting. How do I go about getting the audio book? Never done that before. Thanks sooty
Google Audible. It’s owned by Amazon. You can do it via the app on a device or laptop/pc. Register or use your Amazon account details. Then go for free one month trial. It allows you the value of £15. Just before 31 days. You can do this at anytime online, and you still get to keep the book. Ideal with headphones in when in bed as you don’t need light on to read.
Hell Fire! That's a coincidence. I'm on holiday at the moment and, honestly, I've just finished the paperback version ten minutes ago. I agree it's great read. He comes over a lot better than I thought he would. I've got a copy going for nowt when I get back in a couple of weeks.
Just got it on audiobook to listen to on commute to work. Half way through, but very good so far. Gives a fascinating insight into his character. His new podcast is really good as well. Had Sean Dyche, Alistair Campbell and Clive Woodward on so far.
I'm tempted to give it a go but I can't stand the bloke. Comes across as a gobshite thug with an overinflated view of his own intelligence and importance.
I’ve said before - give it a read/listen. Then make your mind up. It’s worth it just for insight into others clubs etc. But he certainly changes your perception of him. He is intelligent and switched on, but he accepts he has issues which he has to control. Much of this is down to his upbringing and his admittance that he’s not the greatest footballer out there so had to work harder than others to get where he’s at.
